A morning meditation will certainly not give you the ability to eat a large cake without consequences! Make an appointment with yourself each morning to go over your tip for the day. You can find apps, calendars and similar methods to have a new tip delivered to you daily. Spend a few minutes reviewing the words and visualize incorporating the suggestion into your life each day.

The visualization exercise, especially when accompanied by deep breathing, will help you to create a new, healthier reality. The few moments of focus on good health will help to carry you through the day. It will be easier to say “no” to indulgences that are not in your own best interest.

As you begin to accumulate the wisdom presented in your health tip of the day, you will notice that you are looking and feeling better. The positive habits that you are practicing will often carry over in the days that follow. Over time, you are training yourself to behave in ways that are better for your health.
